Box Creation Requests

The Box Creation Request feature allows you to send an online request to records staff to request new boxes be created in Versatile Enterprise. Files can be added to a box request, allowing file requests to be submitted at the same time as box requests.

In addition to the ability to submit box creation requests immediately after entering all of the data, you can also save requests as a drafts. Existing drafts can be viewed, edited, deleted, or submitted later when all of the information is complete.

Your Administrator can customize the File Creation page by hiding or requiring fields. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
