The Creation menu on the Versatile Web menu bar contains options to do the following:
Submit box and file creation requests
View existing box and file requests
Print labels for boxes and files that have been added
Versatile Administrators can customize the Box Creation Page or File Creation Page by hiding or requiring certain fields. Also, Versatile Enterprise can be set up to require fields based on record series. Versatile Web checks for required fields when a user selects a series. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). User-defined fields display by default, but individual fields can be hidden.
