Entering Dates

Dates are based on the “Short Date” format used on your Web server. If the date format on your Web server is set up with a 2-digit month and day (MM⁄DD⁄YYYY), you can type dates without having to enter the “/” separator.

For example, if you enter 01012011 the software automatically inserts the slashes for you – 01/01/2011. However, if anything other than a 2-digit month and day is used (for example, M/D/YYYY), you must enter the separators manually.

You can also select a date from the drop-down calendar: click the calendar button next to any date field, and then select the date.
