The File Creation Request feature allows you to send an online request to records staff to request new files be created in Versatile Enterprise.
You can also request new files at the same time you submit a Box Creation Request (see Adding Files to a Box Creation Request).
As with Box Creation Requests, your Administrator can customize the File Creation page by hiding or requiring fields. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
