Selecting a Department Using Inquiry

To select a series using Inquiry:

1. Click the inquiry () button next to the Department field.

A list of departments displays in alphabetical order. Versatile lists the currently-selected department at the top of the window.

2. Do any of the following to locate the department:

3. Click a letter from the alphabet at the top of the page to jump to departments/sub-departments that start with that particular letter.

4. Scroll down through the list of departments to find the one you are looking for.

5. Click the plus sign to the left of the department name to see the sub-departments under it.

6. Click the minus sign to the left of the department name to collapse the department.

3. Click the department name to select it.

Versatile returns to the originating page. The department selected displays in the Department field.
