Use the My Box Requests option available from the Creation menu to view your existing box creation requests and to print labels for boxes added in Versatile Enterprise. Versatile displays and prints the labels in PDF (portable document format) document.
When you view your box requests, you can filter by the following criteria:
Request date(s)
Status
Whether or not a label has been printed
Click My Box Requests from the Creation menu. The My Box Requests page opens.
NOTE: Use the options at the bottom of this page for printing labels.
Filter the requests by doing one or more of the following. Click Refresh to display the filtered data:
To filter by requested date, enter a beginning and ending Requested Date range. You can also select a date from the drop-down calendar in either field.
To filter by box creation status, select one of the following statuses from the Status drop-down list: Canceled, Complete, Pending, or All.
To filter by which labels are printed, filter by a status of Complete, and then select Yes from the Label Printed? list.
View additional details for a box in the list by clicking in any box field. The Box Description page displays (see Viewing Box Details).
Print labels for the boxes, if necessary (see Printing Box Labels).
