Logging In to Versatile Web

When you click the Click to Login button on the Versatile Web home page, the Login page displays. After you enter a valid user ID and password, the software displays additional menu options.

Note: You might be prompted to log in again at any time if your current user session times out. Generally this occur after 15 minutes of inactivity. When the session times out, any work in progress is lost and the item request cart is cleared.

To log in:

  1. Select your company from the drop-down list if your company is not displayed in the Company field.

After a successful login, the software remembers the Company you selected the next time you log in.

  1. Enter your User ID in the User Name field.
  2. Enter your password in the Password box.
  3. Click Login to log in.
