Versatile Web has several easy-to-use options that are available from the menu bar once a user has logged in. Rollover messages are displayed for all the links/buttons on the pages to assist in explaining their functionality. The rollover messages include tool tip pop-ups and hints in the status bar.
All Versatile Web pages can be customized by Zasio Enterprises to incorporate the look and feel of your organization. Also, your own Versatile Administrator has the ability to customize certain items in Versatile Web, including the following:
The title bar on all pages
The Welcome text on the main page
Watermarks and button images
Fields and tabs (can be hidden or made visible)
Some pages have a 'Help?' link that can be customized by modifying the asp file associated with the link.
Other customizations include the ability to require itemized files in box creation requests, shorten the department and/or record series path when it is displayed on pages, set defaults, change terminology, and hide/display user-defined fields.
