Search for boxes and files using the Search Boxes/Files option available from the Retrieval menu on the Versatile Web main menu. Several search filters are available including: keywords, box number, user box number, barcode, department, record series, record number, record center ID, date range, storage room, and media type.
Once you locate the items you want, you can place them into your shopping cart, and then request them for checkout. To view your checkout requests, click View My Checkouts from the Retrieval menu.
