Changing a User Password

The Change Password option allows the user currently logged in to select a different password.

Note: The Change Password option is not available when using Windows authentication.

To change a password:

  1. Click Change Password from the Security menu on the Versatile Web main menu. The Versatile Web Password Change Page displays.

  2. Enter the password you want to change in the Old Password field.

  3. Type the new password in the New Password field.

  4. Type the new password again in the Confirm New Password field.

  5. Click Request to process the change.
