"SPECIAL UPDATES"

You will notice that this web application now has a new look as well as new features. This is the first step in additional enhancements still to come. Some of the new features include:

*"Return Boxes/Files" - A new function which allows you to send an email requesting the pickup of boxes and files being returned to the Records Center

*"My Box Requests" - A new function which allows you to check on the status of your new inventory submittals, either pending or completed.

*The "Search Boxes/Files" window is slightly reconfigured to enable more efficient searching.

*Unlimited search results. Your search results are no longer limited to just 200 "hits".

*New icons on the search results window to better identify the "hits" as a "Box" or a "File".

*"Items Pending Approval" and "Approved Items" - NOT YET ENABLED, but this feature will be for designated records officers to approve items for disposition during future dispostion cycles.
