Submitting Your Checkout Requests

When you are satisfied with your shopping cart contents, request all of the items in the cart for checkout.

To request the items in the cart:

  1. Click the Request button from the shopping cart. The Request Page displays the items requested.

  1. From the Priority drop-down list, select a priority for the request:

  1. Add any notes you want to send with your request in the Request Notes field.

Note: If Checkout Disclaimers have been activated in Versatile Enterprise, you might be required to agree to certain conditions for retrieval in order for the request process to continue (see Checkout Disclaimers).

  1. Click the I agree to the stated conditions for retrieval check box to agree to the conditions, if necessary. (This wording may be different depending on how this option has been configured.)

  2. Click the Request button to submit the checkout request. As soon as the system receives the request, the Result Page notifies you of the successful transaction and displays the Service Request Number.

  3. [Optional] Click the Print Details button to print the request details. This feature is similar to printing search results (see Printing Search Results).

Note: The cart is emptied immediately so the service request cannot be resubĀ­mitted, unless the request fails.
