Select a record series using one of the following methods:
Perform keyword search
Select a department from an alphabetical listing on the inquiry page
The process for choosing a record series is the same, whether you do it from Box/File Search, Box/File Creation, or Retention Schedules.
Note: If a user
is restricted from filing items into a series in Versatile Enterprise,
the series is not selectable when adding box/file creation requests in
Versatile Web.
The record series in the lookup window can be displayed and sorted either
by Series ID or by Title, depending on how your system is configured.
