Viewing Retention Schedules

The Retention Schedule option allows you to view record series in your organization to which you have access.

To view a retention schedule:

  1. Click Retention Schedule from the Retention menu on the Versatile Web main menu. The Retention Schedule page displays. By default, the list of global series for the company you last selected display.  Administrators can change the default level of series displayed.

The following information displays for each record series listed:

  2. If you are currently viewing the global master series, you can view the schedule for a company by selecting the company from the drop-down list at the top of the page, and clicking the Go button next to it.

  3. If you are currently viewing a company series, you can view the master series by clicking the Go button next to the word “Global”:

  4. To view a departmental schedule within the selected company, do one of the following (see Selecting a Department):

  1. To view the sub-series under a series, click the plus sign to the left of the Series Title. When the series is expanded, you can collapse any level by clicking the minus sign to the left of the Series Title.
