When you search using keyword or other search criteria, Versatile displays the list of boxes and files on the Search Results page.
The number of search results displayed depend on how Versatile Enterprise is configured. Administrators can override this setting with values specific to the Web.
The columns displayed on the Search Results page can be modified for each user (see Configuring the Search Results Page).
Note: If an item
is available for checkout, a green plus sign displays to the left of the
item.
If Versatile Imaging is installed, a camera icon displays to the right
of any files that have TIFF images attached (see Using
Imaging With Versatile Web).
Perform the search as described in Searching for Boxes and Files. The Search Results page displays when Versatile finds items that match your search criteria.
You can do any of the following when working with items in the results:
To sort the results by any column, select the column by which you want to sort from the Sort By drop-down list. Versatile sorts the list by the selected field.
To refresh the page, click the Refresh button.
To view a particular page
in the search results, click the page number. To advance to the next
page of results, click >.
To advance to the last page, click >>.
From the last page of results, you can click <
to return to the previous page, or click <<
to go to the first page of results.
To see the entire description (up to 4,000 characters) or more detailed information about a specific item in the search results, click anywhere within the Description for that item (see Viewing Box Details or Viewing File Details). The description display is limited to 200 characters.
View documents attached to the file with Versatile Imaging. When documents are attached to the file and Versatile Imaging is installed, a camera icon displays to the right of the file (see Using Imaging With Versatile Web).

To print a search results list, click the Open Printable Window button (see Printing Search Results).
To start a new search, click New Search.
